Contact us by phone or email with your booking reference at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the ticket type. For group bookings, please allow 72 hours notice.

All passengers must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, plus a recent passport-size photograph. Kuwait residents may also need a valid residency stamp.

Bookings are typically confirmed within 2–4 hours during business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and e-ticket details once confirmed.

Infants (under 2 years) on a lap seat may travel at a reduced fare. Children above 2 years require a full seat. Please mention the ages of all travellers at the time of booking.

All fares include taxes and basic baggage allowance. Meals are served on board. Seat selection is available for an additional fee. Please confirm baggage limits at the time of booking as they may vary by flight.
